These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Desert Elite Air website and the HVAC services we provide. By using our site, submitting a booking request, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Desert Elite Air provides residential HVAC services including AC repair, AC tune-ups, and new AC installation. All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians. Specific work, pricing, and any warranties will be confirmed in your service agreement at the time of the appointment.

$79 AC Check-Up Offer

• The $79 AC Check-Up applies to a single residential cooling system at one address.
• Additional systems, refrigerant, parts, repairs, or extensive cleaning are not included and will be quoted separately for your approval before any work is performed.
• Offer is valid for new customers in our service area while same-day slots remain available. We reserve the right to modify or end the promotion at any time.
• Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or coupons unless explicitly stated.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, or prior service complexity. We will keep you informed of any delays. Please give us at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods disclosed at the time of service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service we performed, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right in accordance with our service agreement.

Communications Consent

By submitting a booking or contact form, or by calling us, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from Desert Elite Air related to your appointment and to occasional promotional offers. You can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Advertising Disclaimers

Advertisements you see on Google, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms are paid promotions by Desert Elite Air. Pricing, availability, and offer terms shown in ads are subject to these Terms and may change without notice. Customer reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of specific results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Elite Air's liability for any claim arising out of services or use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
